Making only the first state persistent
I have a const that is used as the first state in my react component.
const [firstState, setFirstState] = useState();
My problem is that after reloading the component, it’s value updates (which is not what i want). I just want to make sure that the first state always stays the same.
The value of firstState updates every time I refresh the page.
Do I have to create a second state to do this?
