My first impressions of the game are pretty good. The only reason this game is getting 0/5 stars is because it's actually very easy. The bosses are all pretty easy to beat, and the storyline is very boring. There's no real character development, you can just make everyone do everything. The sheer amount of amount of time it takes to unlock and put on armor is ridiculous, and you never feel any need to put armor on. The fact is, this game is pretty much just filler between the matches. The matches themselves seem to be fine, although there's some issues with delay, even on lower settings. The online is ok, although I couldn't get online matches to happen consistently, but that might be my fault as I'm on my desktop and not laptop. The art is decent. The backgrounds are nice, but the characters are too small and the overall art style is kind of generic. As for the music, it's a mix of bad and great. The music for the characters is decent, but the music for the bosses are too repetitive and extremely annoying. All in all, if you're like me and really dislike gameplay where you don't really play the role of a character, this game will do the trick. If you're looking for a new RPG, keep looking and avoid ELDEN RING like the plague.
This game is by far the worst fantasy game I've ever played.
