You are the protagonist.
Your battle may be the final battle for the fate of the world of Elden.
There are two different types of character advancement: Defense and Magic Skill,
Both of which reward you with an experience point when you upgrade.
The level of the character you build determines your strength as a character: do you build up muscle power or grow your magic?
There is a wide variety of weapons and magic with which to battle: there are swords, spear, bows, and even a magic weapon that grows when you defeat an enemy.
The structure of the game is comprised of scenes and battles.
In order to progress, you must unlock various scenes, whereupon you will battle mobs and have two choices of responses: using a weapon to attack or using magic, and as the battle intensifies, there will be ever-more challenging mobs and more difficult choices.
As you defeat the mobs, you will obtain the items used to enhance your weapons and magic, which can be leveled up by taking on quests.
The online aspect of the game allows you to “play” with other people. You can have a “match” with someone else and see who can defeat which mobs faster, as well as search for and recruit NPCs who will be your allies in combat, as well as send them on missions that will allow you to improve your character’s potential.
With the “random match” function, you can play online with random opponents. This is a basic premise that allows you to search for and play with new players.
