falco Phenom II Tweaker is a simple application that allows you to change the reported CPUID, instruction sets and CPU name. You can use it to reset the TSC, turn the C1E on and off or view reports regarding the actual performance state.

For Intel CPU architectures with TDP below 90W, just install from BIOS menu (some BIOS don’t support run in UEFI, use legacy mode BIOS with UEFI installed if possible).
