The artist uses the NGA – NGT Flag as a map to visualize and explore the earth as an ocean of 68.45 billion people. Every point on the map represents 1.6 million people globally, occupying a certain region and living in a certain urban area. Conversely, staining intensity for Picrosirius red increased in tissues containing low levels of collagenous tissue. A simple method for distinguishing collagenous and non-collagenous tissue in histologic images is introduced. The reproducibility of both stains was comparable to other commonly used stains for collagenous tissue, but there was some variability between the two stains. A few points :
You are trying to run your job in a distributed fashion. The job_id field is typically not replicated for mappers. The hadoop utility script used to run the job keeps it local and internally generates a unique job id for the job.
You are reading input from a local file and then writing to HDFS. Hence the job_id field is not getting set for you. If your input was from HDFS, the job id would be populated (all fields should be replicated).
