Automatic Fix
The Fix tool in Photoshop is very good and can edit any kind of image, however, the effort can take a lot of time and can often not produce the desired results.
After using the Fix tool, most images lose their skin tone and are greener than the natural skin tones that come with the image. Sometimes the Fix tool can even extract pieces of another layer or distort the image.
Automatic Fix should be used with caution and always with the Expert level.

To fix the image, select the Repair Tool or the Image Asset Recovery tool.

Skin Tone Filter

To remove discoloration, the Skin Tone Filter (under the Process menu) is used to correct the colors and tones in images.
To use the Skin Tone Filter, first select the Tone Mapping menu (Image – Adjustments – Tone Mapping) and select the Tone Curve.
Depending on the problem with the skin tone, select a different Tone Curve. The Tone Curve is saved as a preset for the next time it is applied.
Select the Amount of the Curve
The Tone Curve gives the most control over tone, color saturation, and contrast.
In the list, select the last preset that was created.
Select the Skin Color preset.
Select the skin tone by selecting the name of the area.
Disable the levels by clicking on the little padlock icon.
Set the preset, then drag the slider to the right or left depending on the color saturation desired.
Click OK to apply the setting.

Calling bash function from python program – not executed
The code works fine without the function. But when trying to call the function it does not work.
here is the code:
