Service Explorer Crack Activation Key [Latest-2022]
Service Explorer provides a consolidated and accessible view of all services running on a network. Service Explorer creates an organizational unit (OU) for each computer that is part of a domain, and groups services in that OU by service type.
Service Explorer provides you with the following capabilities:
* Consolidated access to all services and scheduled tasks running on a network
* Consistent and compliant search and modification for services and scheduled tasks
* Secure password modification for services and tasks
* Administration of service accounts
* Editing of security on ACLs
* Control of scheduled tasks
Service Explorer uses the existing Windows API to manage the services. As such, it only supports the Windows NT family of operating systems.
Service Explorer is available on Windows NT 4.0, 2000, and 2003, as well as Windows XP and 2003; (Microsoft has not yet released Service Explorer for Windows 95/98/Me). Although Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4) is not explicitly supported by Microsoft, Service Explorer has been tested in a Windows 2000 SP4 environment on NT 4.0 and Windows XP.
Screenshot(s) of Service Explorer:
Service Explorer currently supports 3 types of scheduled tasks: daily task, weekly task, and user-defined task.
Microsoft’s Windows 2000 Task Scheduler provides a scheduling mechanism for starting a task based on a specific schedule. Service Explorer’s scheduling mechanism is similar, with the exception that you can associate a user with the task. This allows you to use a single task to control the scheduling of many different tasks, which can be scheduled at once.
Note: Service Explorer cannot manage Windows NT 4.0 scheduled tasks.
Using Service Explorer
In order to install and use Service Explorer, you must be a member of the Local Administrator group on the machine on which Service Explorer is installed. The program can also be installed and configured for use by any member of the “Users” group who can log on to the machine. Before using Service Explorer, you should save a copy of your current security or permission settings on all services and on scheduled tasks.
To use Service Explorer, launch the program, and then connect to a network. You can choose to connect to a domain, or to a stand-alone workgroup. To connect, click the Connect to a domain or network button on the Main window.
When you do, the program will display a dialog box entitled “Enter the domain name or network resource”. In this dialog box, the program will automatically search

Service Explorer Product Key
Service Explorer provides a centralized console for managing all of your services and scheduled tasks.
Features:
Manage thousands of services and scheduled tasks across your entire network
Search across your entire network for services to be managed based on criteria, such as service name, description, and logon account
Searches can be saved and used at a later date. After a search is run, results can be further refined based on the age of a service account’s password. Services and scheduled tasks matching a specified search criteria are then displayed to a user as a list. Services can be removed using simple drag-and-drop actions.
Service Explorer is optimized to provide fast and consistent results, regardless of the size of your network.
Modify service and scheduled task account credentials, including passwords and logon accounts.
Change startup type for services (on/off) and for scheduled tasks (on/off)
Service Explorer allows you to modify service and scheduled task account ACLs.
Service Explorer Account Configuration:
Having System Accounts as Service Accounts
Some services require an account assigned to the Local System account in order to function correctly. If this is the case, you may be unable to stop the service and unregister it because you will not be able to authenticate as Local System.
Service Explorer allows you to have some services run as a Local System account. The Local System account is used internally by service Explorers and by Windows itself. The account cannot authenticate using any other forms of authentication, and is not linked to any network logon accounts. Please note that a service not using the Local System account will not interfere with existing system services.

I have to say that when I was introduced to Sercvie Explorer, my jaw hit the floor! After running a few simulations using it. I have to say that I am extremly impressed. You have done a great job with this wonderful tool. I have given it a 2 on the 10 point scale.
Service Explorer is an easy way to manage all the different services and scheduled tasks on a network. No longer do we need to mess with each and every service and task on each and every computer in our network.
For most users, this utility will give you the ability to manage all of these tasks and services with just one tool.
This is a useful addition to the OMA suite. I think one of the problems for most of us is that there is no central place to go to manage tasks and services (if you have a multi-site, it doesn’t work). I’m very happy to see someone add this functionality to MSDN (they’ve done a great job). This will provide us all with a simple, easy and effective way of managing services and tasks on a network. Thank you.
