How to Install Save Message for Outlook
The installation wizard is rather concise, as the tool is fairly simple to install and requires no more than a few moments of interaction from the user’s side.
1. Click on the “Get save message for outlook for” blue box, select your required output format and then click on “Next”
2. Select the desired file location and click on “Next”
3. Check “Save the Outlook Folder Rules” and “Save all the attachments with saved emails”, then click on “Next”
4. Make sure to select the desired email account that will receive the emails, afterwards select the type of encryption needed and then click on “Next”
5. If some of the rules to be applied on the emails are already set, select “I do not want to add any save message rule” otherwise click on “Add Rules” to apply the chosen rules on your saved emails
6. Click on “Next”
Now the email rules are pre-configured. Open the save mail for outlook in your browser and apply them!
