I thought that today I’d share with you one of my favorite recipes, that I make for breakfast and lunch. It is quite tasty and easy to make, and I am pretty sure that if you have this breakfast, you will like it too.

Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes
2 sweet potatoes
1 medium potato
2 eggs
1 fried egg
2 tablespoons of black pepper
1 teaspoon of powdered cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of organic seeds of choice (I recommend sunflower seeds)
Preparation:
Cut the potatoes, eggs and sweet potatoes into thin slices.
Spread the peeled, sliced potatoes out into a circle and fill them with the seeds and spices.
Put the frying pan over a medium heat and add a tablespoon or two of coconut oil.
When the oil is hot, put all the potatoes inside the pan and flip them after 7-9 minutes, then serve.
Hello folks! This is day 5 of the Food Overdose series. Today, I decided to make you a vegan burger. I made them for the first time after seeing the transformation videos made by the people from the Coffee Break vegan food challenge. It was a good experience making them, and I am convinced they will be a hit!
Ingredients:
2 Pattys, or 2 large avocados
2 kale leaves
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
4 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of liquid smoke
1 teaspoon of coconut aminos
1 teaspoon of Liquid Smoke
1 teaspoon of Liquid Smoke
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch of Liquid Smoke
1 teaspoon of powdered cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Cut the kale, two Pattys and the avocados in half, remove the avocado, scoop out and roughly chop the Pattys.
Season the Pattys with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Liquid Smoke and coconut aminos.
Spread the Liquid Smoke evenly on a hot grill and grill the Pattys for 2-3 minutes on each side.
