The two options available are: 1- To hide an application from the Alt-Tab screen, right click on the desktop icon, select Hide-it! from the context menu, and click Hide to start the process. 2- To hide an application from the Windows “close” button, simply start Hide-it! and click Hide. The application can also show applications in the Taskbar, but this is not its primary purpose. Very important feature: Hide-it! lets you define custom rules to hide any application window. This is done by customizing the built-in settings (from the Preferences section in the Options dialog), and it will disable the option to hide user-defined windows.
