Importing NOAA marine charts in BSB format in Photoshop is incredibly easy. Simply get BSB Import, unzip it, run the executable, and you are ready to go.
After downloading the plug-in, you will be ready to import NOAA BSB charts. However, to start, you will need a NOAA BSB chart, or two, in your computer.
The plug-in has been tested with Oracle Solaris and Windows 2000 to work on both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows.
Depending on your Windows version, the plug-in will be in the programs folder, or Program Files folder.
The plug-in uses a Registry editor program that is checked on first start. No changes will be made to the registry unless they are needed.

Reading a file in C++ error
I have two files with the same format, they have the same line and the same size of the line, but I am getting an error when reading my file.
My first file:

When I read from the first file and print my first line, I get the right data, but for the second line, the program crashes without printing anything. Can someone help me, please?
