Optimizing the staining protocol for mouse tissue.
In order to perform immunohistochemical analyses of tissue sections from mice of known genetic background, we have identified the optimal conditions for staining using the CSA II plus mouse reagent set (Biocare Medical, Concord, CA). These conditions are: (1) longer pretreatment at 100 degrees C than recommended by the manufacturer (in our hands, 10 min at 100 degrees C, 10 min at 95 degrees C, 10 min at 60 degrees C, and 20 min at 37 degrees C); (2) shorter fixation in formalin, 4% or 10%, than recommended (in our hands, fixation in 10% formalin for 30 min and then in 70% ethanol for 30 min at room temperature); (3) permeabilization with 0.1% Triton X-100 and 0.2% sodium deoxycholate for 10 min, followed by three changes of PBS-Tween 20 and three changes of TBS-BSA; and (4) 10% rabbit serum in TBS-BSA, as a blocking agent for 15 min. We have demonstrated that the optimal parameters can be used to identify and stain the diverse cellular subsets that populate the mouse. In addition, we have developed methods that improve the detection of antigens when they are present in low abundance. These methods include (1) using a mouse-on-mouse control slide for every slide (thus minimizing the possibility that background staining will obscure specific staining) and (2) incubating primary antibodies at higher concentrations (we have used 16.3 microg/ml) and re-incubating for longer times (we have

Reading a binary image in a struct – C#

I’m trying to read a image from a bmp file in a C# struct.
I’ve searched about this and found that it’s not necessary to convert the image to byte array, but rather convert it to a string.
I’ve used two different methods to convert the image to string, but it seems that I’m not getting the same result.
The method I found here in this page:
