An easy to use program that lets you quickly and easily change any app to any language without having to know which language is required.
It is a Windows program that looks in Windows\System\Calculator for any personalised text commands (which are letters, numbers and the symbols +, -, = and ÷) and automatically changes them to your required language. It then saves your personalised text commands in a hidden.txt file that you can find in the same folder.
To use, simply open any application you want to change and start typing the letter c. The next letter or character that you type will be automatically saved as a personalized text command. For example typing cpn and then type another character such as ø will immediately run WordPad in Norwegian (Norwegian Bokmål).
The same method works for any application that has a ‘command history’ (the Help menu in Word). For example typing cpt would run a different word processor with different language options.
To edit the list of default letters and numbers click on the small triangle icon to open the sample commands list. The order is important so the most commonly used ones are at the top. To add a new letter or number click the ‘+’ icon.
It can take some time to set up the best set of commands for you because there are several ways that it can be done. You can make your own commands, edit the list that is created by default or even delete some of the commands that it has created for you and replace them with your own.
There are many ways to change apps and settings, most of them are covered by other programs. However some apps (for example Gmail) automatically use custom commands that are created by the application.
