Please help me to find the reason.
A:
If I’m right, your antivirus is trying to block the execution of the installer file by mistake, and it’s ignoring the “-unattended” flag.
Uninstalling it will probably fix the issue.
PS: For this issue, your antivirus may be blocking all installation attempts. If that is the case, you might have to disable/remove antivirus/antimalware protection while installing the software.

Since I’ve met a similar problem:
There is a virus on your computer and ESET cannot detect it.
If you don’t have time to wait for the virus to end and you’d like to get rid of it, you can try to follow the instructions here:
Q:
Can I invoke a Lambda function from an integration test without a test account?
I need to invoke a Lambda function from my integration tests. Is it possible to use a test account which isn’t tied to a developer account that would use an Application Load Balancer?
I tried using the AWS CLI with the AWS:PutLambda function, but I could not get it to work with a test account.
A:
It’s possible that I’m not understanding your scenario, but I would use the AWS CLI to create the deployment package for the function first, then deploy that to a Test environment, then make the call.
Since the test environment would be tied to a deployment package, that package would not be tied to a specific AWS account, and thus wouldn’t be limited to a test account.
