The plugin has two separate left and right audio inputs that allow you to add left and right stereo reverb to the audio signal. The reverbs can be freely mixed with each other but the left reverbs will only affect the left input and the right reverbs will only affect the right input.

BREVERB includes a harmonizing full bandwidth reverb effect that operates at sampling rates between 48 kHz and 96 kHz. Even if you work with the 12-bit DSD format BREVERB can work at 24 bit samples rates due to its digital signal processing engine, DSP engine.
The main parameters of the reverb effect are listed on the options panel. Some of these parameters are reverb time, DSP algorithm, and reverb’s mode.
The “room’s’ mode” parameter is used when in classic reverbs room’s mode we will be able to set a mixing of multiple rooms, as for example at the Abbey Road Studios or at Madison Square Garden.
But keep in mind that changing these parameters will overwrite the automatic settings of your reverbs, and you will have to redo the settings as you wish. For instance, this is the original room mode of the reverb.
The more we increase the reverb time from zero, the more we will be able to add space to our sound files. In addition, I would recommend you to increase the reverb time by 10% – 15% at the beginning of your file before you start using other effects, such as equalizers or compressors.
So let’s start to understand the different reverb settings and algorithms.
Hall Reverb
Hall Reverb is a classic reverb that amplifies the original audio in all audio frequencies.
With a more extended time, the reverb will produce a musical room ambiance. However, the Hall reverb will destroy the harmonic content of your sounds.
All this is because it is not possible to set the frequencies higher than 10kHz, so the higher frequencies will be destructed.
Room Reverb
Room Reverb is more suitable to a smaller room like your house, bedroom or office.
At a very small settings, the reverb will add spaces more and more to your audio.
However, if you add more settings, the hall reverb will be destructed more and more.
The difference between a larger and a smaller room is the following: a larger room will feel warmer in general, except that many of the reverb’s colors will sound more artificial.
You can experiment with your reverb’s level, to get a more natural reverb.
Plate Reverb
